The Digital Resilience Bonus aims to help businesses uplift their digital capabilities in order to adapt safe management practices post circuit breaker period. The Bonus targets Food Services and Retail sectors in view that there is a greater sense of urgency for these sectors to digitalise and adapt quickly due to the consumer-facing nature of their businesses.

The Food Services and Retail enterprises that adopt pre-defined categories of digital solutions (as determined by IMDA) can receive bonus payout of up to $10,000 to offset the cost of adoption.

There is no need for you to submit any application form.

Providers of Qualified Solutions (or Supporting Banks) will submit your UEN to IMDA if you are using the solutions between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021.

IMDA will credit the Bonus into your PayNow Corporate account according to the categories of digital solutions you use.

As we exit from the Circuit Breaker and gradually reopen our economy in phases, safe management efforts are expected to remain in place for a considerable period of time. A new normal is likely to emerge globally, where working from home, interacting virtually, buying online and ordering food delivery will be a new way of working and living.

If any of your answers is ‘No’ in this checklist, you may seek assistance from supporting organisations on how to fulfill the eligibility criteriaYou may also approach your preferred Supporting Bank to help you with your PayNow Corporate account and registering your UEN on the Peppol e-invoicing network.

Payouts to qualified enterprises will start from August 2020.Processing time will take about 1 month, upon the submission of UENs by Providers of Qualified Solutions (or Supporting Banks) to IMDA.
